A Warm Welcome to My Studio

Hello lovely families! I’m Debra, mum of three, and an award-winning newborn and family photographer based in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. From the moment you walk into my studio, I want you to feel at ease. Every session is designed with your comfort in mind. Gentle pacing, baby-led breaks, warm wraps, and soft lighting helps bring out those precious features you adore.

Although each familys' session is unique, the aim is always the same - beautiful, timeless images that feel real and full of love.

Why Capture These Moments Now

Those first few weeks are pure magic and, lets not pretend here, they can also feel like pure chaos! Babies change everyday, and before you know it, that sleepy newborn face will be replaced with a giggle and a grin. That’s why I recommend scheduling your newborn photoshoot ideally when your baby is between 5–15 days old. This little window makes for the most classic and peaceful portraits.

But don’t worry if life had other plans and you’re a bit later, we’ll make magic anyway! After all, every little milestone, whether sleepy and snuggled or bright-eyed and curious, is worth celebrating.

Parents often tell me they were nervous at first, especially if it’s their first outing with baby but by the end, they’re laughing, relaxed, and so happy they chose to capture these moments. You can hand baby over, and, though rest assured they will always be in your view, you can take the opportunity to sit back and relax whilst I do my thing!
